Can you have a shower column in any colour?

Yes. Each of our columns can be painted in any RAL, Pantone or NCS colour, even on a single piece and with no minimum order. The catalogue has seven finishes, natural, painted and PVD; outside the catalogue there is the colour the project needs.
The seven catalogue finishes
Two natural, polished supermirror and brushed; one painted, matt black; and the PVD finishes, brushed brass, brushed copper, brushed black and polished black. These are the finishes that leave the workshop without any special request, and they cover most residential and hospitality projects.
Made-to-measure colour
When the architect has a precise colour, a project RAL, a brand Pantone, an NCS chosen from the façade sample, the column is painted in that. One piece or fifty, nothing changes: customisation is not an extra service, it is the way we have worked since 1999.
Why paint on steel takes its time
Painting stainless steel is not like painting iron. First the surface is sealed by polishing, then the paint needs a long cure to hold outdoors: two weeks, with cycles from twenty degrees below zero to sixty above, so that what comes out holds up in its first winter as in its tenth. That is why a custom colour is scheduled, not improvised.
Painted or PVD?
Paint gives the exact colour; PVD gives a metallic shade, brass, copper or black, with a very hard surface. If the project asks for a precise colour, we paint. If it asks for a warm metal that ages well, PVD is the way. Either way, underneath there is the same AISI 316.
